WeBWorK at the Joint Math Meetings

WeBWorK is celebrating 30 years of online math assessment at next month’s Joint Math Meetings in Washington, D.C., with a number of sessions:

(1) A social networking “workshop” on Monday, January 5: 1–2:30pm, in room 202B in the Convention Center. We will have very light moderation here, and hope to get people interested in WeBWorK specifically and online math assessment broadly into the room to talk about anything and everything that is of interest to the assembled.

(2) A WeBWorK Symposium (in the traditional ancient Greek sense of the word). We will meet at 6pm on Monday, January 5th, at the entry to the Exhibit Hall to go to an appropriate public house to discuss WeBWorK and online math assessment in a social setting.

(3) A special session on the state of online math assessment in honor of 30 years of WeBWorK on Tuesday, January 6: 8am–noon, in room 157 in the Convention Center.

(4) And, in the Exhibit Hall!
